The purpose of the Compensation committee is to assist the board of directors in implementing and evaluating the company's overall remuneration and welfare policies, as well as the remuneration of directors and managers.
The Compensation committee consists of all three independent directors. The Compensation committee holds two regular meetings at least once a year. For the convening of the committee meetings, please refer to the company's annual reports.
The Audit Committee
The Audit Committee is responsible for assisting the board of directors to supervise and evaluate the proper expression of the company's financial statements, the selection (dismissal) and independence and performance of certified accountants, the effective implementation of the internal control system, compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and the management and control of the company's existing or potential risks And related matters to ensure that the company’s operations comply with relevant government laws and regulations.
