Conflict Minerals Statement

Conflict minerals: refers to minerals obtained from the Democratic Republic of Congo and its neighboring countries through illegal mining. Related minerals include gold (Au), tantalum (Ta), tin (Sn), tungsten (W) (referred to as 3TG), these Minerals are obtained through illegal mineral transactions and become a source of wealth for local armed insurgent groups. While these four metals are used by companies that manufacture, sell or produce goods, they are also encouraging warlords to obtain this benefit through abuse of the people.

Sunflex Tech Co., Ltd is willing to cooperate with EICC (Electronic Industry Code of Conduct) and GeSI (Global e-Sustainability Initiative) to promote mineral source survey related plans, declare and promise not to accept the use of metals from conflict mining areas, and through responsible We call on suppliers to respond to their procurement behavior; at the same time, they support and pay attention to the current developments and trends of EU regulations.
Sunflex's supplier management measures are as follows:

• We require suppliers not to purchase or use conflict metals from conflict areas in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
• We require suppliers to trace the sources of gold (Au), tantalum (Ta), tin (Sn) and tungsten (W) contained in all products to ensure that these metals do not come from "conflict mining areas.
• We require suppliers to notify immediately if they use conflict metals in their products, and propose a plan not to use them.
• We require suppliers to communicate this requirement to their upstream suppliers.
