Sunflex's board of directors is composed of seven directors with extensive business or academic experience. Three of them are independent directors. Under the leadership of Chairman Lin Yong Bao, the board of directors takes its responsibilities seriously. It is a "serious, pragmatic and independent" board.

According to Chairman Lin’s philosophy of corporate governance, the professional manager Slash Su and his management team are fully authorized. Therefore, the board’s responsibility is to supervise. In order to fulfill its supervisory responsibilities, Sunflex's board of directors has established various organizations, such as: Audit Committee, Compensation Committee, Internal Audit, etc.
