1. Consummated Insurance and Retirement Programs
In addition to statutory labor insurance, national health insurance and monthly pension contribution, we provide group insurance considerately designed for employees. 2. Flexible Leave Program
We provide better annual leave program than the Labor Standard Act. Employees are eligible for annual leaves after the first 3-month service at Sunflex. With flexible floating holidays, employees are able to schedule vacation of the year. Different leave types are given in compliance with related laws, and employees therefore can more flexibly arrange work and life.
3. Employee Assistance Programs
We consider physical and mental health as keys to our employees. We offer a full range of employee assistance including health checkup and management, counseling and medical care. With professional wellness services, our employees are given timely health care and support.

  ♦ Employee retirement system
  Employee retirement system and implementation situation: The original monthly allocation of 2% based on the total salary of employees In the name of the "Retirement Reserve Supervision Committee", it is deposited in the special account of the Central Trust Bureau for labor retirement reserves. Later, due to the labor pension regulations, it came into effect on July 1, 1994, and the definite allocation system was adopted. After implementation, employees can choose to apply the relevant pension provisions of the "Labor Standards Law" or apply the The pension system retains the working years before the regulations apply. For employees who apply the regulations, the company The contribution rate of the employee’s monthly pension shall not be less than 6% of the employee’s monthly salary.

       How to contribution According to the 2% of the total monthly salary of the employees, it will be deposited in the special account of the Bank of Taiwan (formerly the Central Trust of China) in the name of the company. According to the employee’s insurance level, 6% of the salary will be allocated to the Bureau of Labor Insurance personal account.
        The collecting employee contributions pension Our company’s special account saves the Bank of Taiwan’s 108-year cumulative amount of NT$8,751,000 for retirement reserves. In 2019, the total of NT 7,301,000 dollar was contributed by Sunflex

  ♦ Working environment
  1. Our company has set up the Occupational Safety Department as a first-level unit directly under the general manager, and employs sufficient health managers and administrators with occupational safety certificates to be responsible for various occupational safety and health services. Formulate a safety and health work manual as a follow-up for employees’ safety and health operations.
2.  Our company has resident physicians and nurses stationed regularly in each plant to provide occupational and general injury prevention, health consultation, first aid and emergency treatment. Identify employees from high-risk groups, the resident physicians provide consultation, and the nurses regularly follow up and care to reduce the risk of employees causing major diseases.
3. The company’s safety measures in the office are detailed as follows:
    (1) The water quality of drinking fountains is tested for E. coli every three months.
    (2) Check fire-fighting appliances and equipment (such as fire extinguishers, emergency lights, fire detectors, fire alarm voice broadcasting systems, etc.) regularly every month.
    (3) Every six months, the qualified inspection agency is regularly entrusted to carry out the work environment measurement (including: chemicals, noise, carbon dioxide, illuminance, etc.).
    (4) Conduct emergency evacuation drills regularly every six months.
    (5) Regular inspections and declarations are made for the safety of building fire refuge facilities and equipment every year.
    (6) High-risk areas such as gas room, electrical room and ice water room are controlled to prevent non-related personnel from entering.
