Break through traditional occupational health practices and promote employees' physical and mental health
The relationship between workplace stress and employee health is an emerging topic, and the workplace stress of employees in the technology industry has also been one of the focuses of social attention in recent years. At the same time, our government is actively revising relevant laws and regulations on occupational safety and health, which will also become the focus of Sunflex's occupational health management...

Taking care of employees' physical and mental health and fulfilling corporate responsibility
Sunflex believes that healthy employees are the cornerstone of maintaining the normal operation of the enterprise, and taking care of the physical and mental health of employees is the responsibility of the enterprise. In the face of the potential threat of emerging infectious diseases to the workplace, we have a dedicated unit to monitor whether there are emerging infectious diseases around the world, assess their subsequent impact, and formulate a workplace epidemic prevention response plan.
For example, the new influenza is an extremely important epidemic prevention target in recent years. We protect the health of employees and also encourage employees to apply epidemic prevention knowledge to their families, so that employees can work with peace of mind.

Continue to pay attention to the threat of infectious diseases such as seasonal influenza.
Every year, infectious diseases such as seasonal influenza (such as H1N1, H3N2…type A or B) still pose a risk of pandemic. Sunflex has been cautious and has continued to manage workplace risks of various infectious diseases (such as tuberculosis, typhoid fever, etc.), accumulating experience to avoid inadequate response and transforming it into normal epidemic prevention capabilities. We improve employees' personal epidemic prevention knowledge in various ways, and also encourage employees to apply the epidemic prevention knowledge they have learned to protect the health of their families.

Master special operations and conduct employee health checks.
Every year, Sunflex implements health checks and management for employees in special and general operations, and takes care of the physical & mental health of employees through on-site services by nurses and doctors, so that colleagues can achieve a balance in work, life and health.
